XIAOJIAO
Growing up in Yunnan, China, Xiaojiao learned from minority cultures that a home is more than just walls and windows—it's a place where people, nature, and community come together. After more than ten years of searching, she and her husband finally found their "home" in Baar. For Xiaojiao, homeownership isn't just about property—it's about financial stability and belonging!
With experience in real estate investment and corporate finance in the supply chain, Xiaojiao excels at turning innovative ideas into practical solutions. Her background in classical music and digital innovation gives her a unique perspective on housing market innovation's human and technical challenges. Her work has been recognized with the Swiss Life Best Real Estate Investment Product award (2022) and the SFP Group Best Real Estate Innovative Thinker award (2023).
Today, she’s bringing together a team of experts from various fields. By combining Multidisciplinary expertise and using new technologies, her team is reshaping how we approach housing, turning underutilized resources into innovative solutions that make finding a home more accessible, efficient, and focused on people’s needs.
Etienne
Etienne grew up in a small village in central Switzerland, surrounded by nature and a close-knit community. His parents owned their home, which gave the family financial stability. This experience shaped his understanding of how homeownership can provide security and open doors to new opportunities.
Now a father of two young girls, Etienne sees the modern housing challenge. Like many parents, he dreams of giving his children the security of a permanent home and the simple joy of having their own garden. Yet today's housing market makes this dream increasingly out of reach for many families.
A former fintech executive and technology leader, Etienne has built his career on solving complex problems and creating solutions that truly resonate with people. Throughout his career, he has successfully built and led international teams, scaling businesses from the ground up while maintaining a laser focus on delivering value.
Now, Etienne has turned his attention to the inefficiencies in the real estate market. Driven by his passion for improvement, he is focused on creating solutions that benefit everyone. By streamlining the buying and selling process, he is working to make homeownership more accessible while ensuring sellers can get fair value for their land with less hassle.
